Though not essential, participants are encouraged to bring along a laptop computer with Photoshop installed, and several of their images to work on.  While the course focuses on the production advantages of the most recent version of Photoshop, the knowledge, techniques and distinctions can also be successfully applied to earlier versions.  The workshop is presented through a series of exercises, case studies, practical solutions, and analytical examinations of Photoshop techniques and processes.  Therefore a basic working knowledge of Photoshop is assumed.  There is also a workshop resource website with detailed course notes, videos, and test files.
