PRINTER PROFILING PROCEDURE

Updated 19 October 2026

Our bespoke printer profiling procedure involves you downloading specific test charts and printing instructions for your print path(s), printing the test charts according to our instructions, and then posting/couriering them to us for measuring, data editing, and profile creation. We then email you a download link to access your profiles with detailed instructions for installation and use along with your tax invoice and payment options including EFT, PayPal and Debit/Credit Cards.

In order to send you the correct test charts and printing instructions for your system please confirm the following information:

• What printer(s) will be profiled? (eg. Canson Pro 6600, Epson 20560 etc.)

• What media will be profiled? (eg. Canson Rag Photographique 310gsm,  Ilford Gold Fibre Silk 310gsm etc.)

• What OS will you be printing from?  (eg. Mac OS 26, Windows 11 etc.)

• What printing software are you using?  (eg. Photoshop CC2026, Mirage Print, Serendipity MegaRIP, etc.)

We provide you with a suite of Profile Variants for each printer/media/inkset profiled, and will endeavour to get them to you within 24 hours of receiving your correctly printed test charts. Also recently posted test charts have been taking around 10 to 12 days to arrive in Melbourne from Europe and the USA.

We are very much looking forward to creating some stunningly beautiful and incredibly accurate bespoke printer profiles for you, and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks.
